Reduced-Price Tickets
Reduced-price tickets are available – subject to availability – for pupils, students, participants in voluntary service programs, federal voluntary service participants, pensioners, recipients of social welfare benefits, recipients of unemployment benefits I/II, holders of a disability ID card (see also Accessibility), persons performing compulsory military service, apprentices, as well as recipients of benefits under the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act, upon presentation of valid proof of eligibility. The number of reduced-price tickets is limited.
General Ticket Use
- Tickets are valid only for the event, date, time, and venue indicated.
- Entry is granted upon presentation of a valid ticket (digital or printed) at the entrance.
- Tickets must be presented in full and remain valid until entry is completed. Any modifications, reproductions, or damage to the ticket may render it invalid.
- Tickets may not be used for advertising, marketing, or other commercial purposes without the express consent of the organizer.
Exchanges, Refunds, and Transfers
- Purchased tickets are generally non-refundable. Exceptions apply only in the case of event cancellation or significant program changes. You can purchase XCover Booking Refund Protection as an add-on when buying tickets.
- Ticket exchanges for another event or date are only possible if explicitly offered by the organizer.
- Name changes or ticket transfers may be permitted in special cases; the organizer reserves the right to request proof of identity.
XCover Booking Refund Protection (Optional)
For an additional fee, ticket buyers may choose to add Refund Protection during the purchase process:
- Refund Protection provides reimbursement of up to 100% of the ticket price if the ticket holder is unable to attend for specific, verifiable reasons (e.g., illness, accident, injury, involuntary job loss, severe weather, or major transport disruptions).
- Quick payouts are made once claims are approved.
- Refund Protection must be purchased together with the ticket; it cannot be added retroactively.
- By selecting this option, the buyer confirms they have read and agreed to the refund protection plan terms (available during checkout).
- If Refund Protection is not purchased, no reimbursement will be provided if the ticket holder cannot attend the event.
Lost or Damaged Tickets
- Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced. The organizer is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms.
Event Admission and Rules
- Admission is subject to the venue’s house rules.
- Latecomers may only be admitted during appropriate breaks and have no claim to specific seats.
- For security reasons, bag checks or identity verification may be required.
- Audio or video recordings, unless explicitly permitted, are prohibited.
Cancellation and Program Changes
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, venue, or cast for organizational or artistic reasons. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
- In case of full cancellation, ticket holders are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Further claims are excluded.
Liability
- Attendance at events is at the visitor’s own risk. The organizer assumes no liability for damages, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
